Receiving the goods at the pick-up point
If you choose to pick up the goods at the service center, they will be delivered within the time specified next to the selected item. When your order is ready for pick-up, we will notify you through messengers or via SMS. The ordered goods must be collected within 14 calendar days. If you cannot pick up the goods within the specified period, please inform us by email: info@molecule24.ee, otherwise, your order will be canceled.
To receive the order, please take with you:
- order number;
- an identification document (ID card, driver's license, passport);
- if you want someone else to pick up your order, please inform us by email or indicate it in the order.
